Spacing in index

Hello,

In my PDF, the line spacing/height of the index entries is not ok. At the 1st level, the index appears followed by an indented 2nd level and sometimes a further indented 3rd level. The space between 2nd level and 3rd level index entries is ok - I just want single line spacing. But between the 1st level and 2nd level there is too much space. The problem is I don't know where I should go in the css to make the change.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

p.Index1. You probably need to adjust the margin-bottom attribute.
