Page Layout footer frame: "Copy" is greyed out

I'm currently following Lorraine Kupka's book on Madcap Flare and am trying to copy a page layout footer and paste it into other layouts (page 226 of her book).

However, this isn't working. I note that if I right-click on the footer frame that Cut, Paste & Delete are all available, but Copy is greyed out. Anyone know why that would be?

Which version are you using? I have 10.2 and it works there. But I seem to remember having seen that problem before, possibly in an older version and maybe it was fixed ...

Well, the version 10 Release notes say that this bug is fixed:
56533 No longer able to copy and paste header and footer frames between pages in page layout files.

I guess, that's what the problem is/was.
