Order of element groupings in CSS

Last week, I read a "guru" posting that listed the order in which elements should be positioned in the "Default" medium of the style sheet (links first, then paras, dynamics last, etc.?). Now, of course, I can't find it again when I really need it!

Could the guru who posted it please replicate that ordered list here?
