Apply a Stylesheet to a Master Page

I have two master page files (.flmsp). When I attempt to edit the style class, change the p style for example, the CSS opens. Each .flmsp file has a different CSS associated with it.

How do I change the CSS associated with a master page? I would like to apply a specific CSS to a specific master page.
