Web Help Opens in a Non-Re-sizable Window

From my company's application, when a user selects the Web Help icon, it opens a new window for the Web Help that is not resizable. I want it to open a new tab instead. How can I fix that? Thanks in advance!

Check Skin Editor > WebHelp Setup > Browser Settings. However, if the window is resizable when opened from your hard drive, my suspicion is that the link to open WebHelp has some attributes which are controlling the behavior. Check with your application developers if this is the case.

As for opening in a new tab, I believe that is a browser preference. I'm guessing the link to open WebHelp has a target attribute, like target="_blank". I don't know of a way to force a tab instead of a window other than using javascript. Again, this is something to discuss with the person who put the link in for opening WebHelp.
