ExpandAll/CollapseAll weirdness (NOT resolved)

*** Unfortunately, this "fix" of mine did not persist (it's BACK!). I'll be submitting a bug report to Flare immediately. ***

Flare 10.2, HTML5 output, Skin toolbar set to display the ExpandAll button (in the Selected pane).

In the output, the CollapseAll button was incorrectly displayed (with the Collapse all tooltip), and required two clicks to be effective.

1. Clicking it once expanded nothing, only switched the CollapseAll button to the ExpandAll button.
2. Clicking that newly displayed ExpandAll button actually expanded all the dropdowns.

How did I fix this, you ask? By whacking the donkey between the eyes with a two-by-four, to get its attention!

1. I changed the Selected value to the CollapseAll button, saved and built; unsurprisingly, clicking the button repeatedly did nothing at all.
2. I then changed the Selected value BACK to the ExpandAll button, saved and built; NOW the ExpandAll button (and the correct tooltip) displayed, and clicking the button expanded all dropdowns. Clicking the newly displayed CollapseAll button collapsed all dropdowns; in other words, working as designed.

Hope this helps anyone who runs into the same, or similar, issue.
