Web Preview and CSS glitch?

I'm wondering if anyone else has had issues with preview not always applying the correct CSS, but when publishing it's correct. So far I have this issue with expanding text in some instances, it looks like the font size is different in the preview but when I publish, it publishes correctly. This kind of defeats the purpose of preview if I have to publish in order to view changes or see if the output is correct.

Yes, I've also had issues with web previews. Content that is inside divs for a drop-down toggler do not display with their formatting at all, and just show up as plain text. In the final HTML5 output the formatting is fine.

I usually just work in Print mode for this reason, though that display bug where content sometimes vanishes if it is near a recently changed page break is rather annoying (i just click Web then back to Print fast to resolve the display bug).
