HTML5 sitemap for merged projects?

We're developing an HTML5 help site that uses the TOC to merge targets from half a dozen separate projects. I'd like to generate a sitemap to help with SEO, but am looking for some verification that the approach I'm taking won't cause any issues.

I've turned on the Generate Sitemap option for the target in the parent project, and am assuming I need to do the same for the child projects, but don't see anything in Flare's help about how to specify the web URLs. My assumption is that if I'm publishing the help to http://www.help.domain.com, I should use a pattern like the following to specify the web URLs for the child targets:

Parent: http://help.domain.com/
Child 1: http://help.domain.com/Subsystems/Child1/
Child 2: http://help.domain.com/Subsystems/Child2/

If anyone has experience with this and can let me know if I'm doing it right, I'd be much obliged.
