Entry in PDF Bookmark but not in TOC?

Is it possible to create a bookmark in a pdf and not have the same item in the TOC?

Well, not sure if this is what you want, but it is possible to setup your pdf target output to include bookmarks that are not in the target outputs toc. Just go to your PDF target output and select "PDF Options". There you will find a option to include bookmarks that are not in the toc. But these bookmarks will show in your PDF reader in the sidebar in a separate section just as unspecified bookmarks. They will not appear as chapters or sections.

Hi Greg, I was wondering the same thing. I wanted to have my Table of Contents linked as a bookmark (for easy access), but not appear in the TOC itself (because that would be silly). I couldn't get this to work in Flare, but, as a workaround, it was easy enough to open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat and add a bookmark for it. Not ideal, but I hope it helps!
