HTML5 Navigation Border Color

In their KnowledgeBase, MadCap have set a color to the border around the Navigation pane (so that it matches the selected tab color).

Does anyone know how they have done this?

That's actually normal - the Navigation Tab (active) > Background setting sets the colour for the active tab and the whole pane.
