Is there a way to have glossary term popups turned into endnotes instead of footnotes in pdf output?
The distribution of our glossary term pop ups (appearing on first mention only) is causing almost half of some pages to filled with footnotes. I'd like to change them to endnotes instead. This would also sort of convert them into a glossary, but only of glossary terms that appear in the document instead of the entire glossary from the source project (so we'd have to reorder them into alphabetical order).
