Customizing the TOC Proxy

Is there any way to use the TOC proxy for HTML 5 output? I'm exploring different ways to accomplish a specific layout and am considering using it. When I first added it to a topic and built my output it appeared. But then I added it and conditioned it to appear online only and now I can't get it to work again. I removed it from all my topics and then put it back in one and removed all conditioning to see if maybe that triggered something but it still won't show up.

Never mind. I figured out what I was doing. It works just fine.
