Have forum items been deleted?
Just noticed I have been "demoted" from "Propellus Maximus" - have some old posts been deleted?

Re: Have forum items been deleted?
Hi Margaret, the forum was down for a few days last week, maybe that is the source of the problem?

Re: Have forum items been deleted?
I don't know if I've lost any count or not, but the forums are definitely not working correctly. When I use the "View active topics" link, I get a list of 1 item from a week ago. I really depend on the "View active topics" listing to cut to the chase and see new and active topics. I reported it to MadCap many days ago but haven't seen any improvement. I trust they're working on it, but clearly something's still amiss.

Re: Have forum items been deleted?
From what I heard from MadCap support is that they are not entirely happy how the forum works. They are thinking about switching platforms after the next release is out, but that may or may not lead to any changes.
Not sure if I lost any post counts, not keeping track of it.

Re: Have forum items been deleted?
I tend to use the View New Posts option, which shows new posts since I last logged in. That does the trick most of the time, but if I don't get round to reading them all in one sitting, they do tend to just disappear, which can be frustrating. Might be worth giving that a try if the View Active Topics thing doesn't work at the moment.
