Flare seems to be hanging while trying to update. Is anyone else getting this error, or am I just lucky? I was able to 10.0, 10.1, and 10.2 without any issues in the past, so I'm not sure what's changed.

I'm also contacting Support, but thought I'd check here also.

Response from Tech Help solved my issue. Posting in case it helps someone else. It was apparently unrelated to the update, though it happened at the same time as Flare 11 was released:

Flare 11 is not an update to Flare 10, it is an entirely independent application, Flare should not be searching for any updates relating to Flare 11. Can you please try the following and see if the behavior is corrected?

> Close Flare.
> With hidden files and folders turned on, navigate to C:\Users\[Your User]\Appdata\Roaming\Madcapsoftware\Flare
> Select and delete the CatapultMDIEditor folder
