Can I introduce an icon in the menu bar for the last viewed page - in addition to the previous page in the TOC sequence?

Thank you, I almost have it. I have created my new toolbar items and moved them into the "Selected" panel. Now I want to associate an action with the button I am stuck on this bit, the guide says this:

What is being referred to by "one of the styles listed above", I can't work it out as I camn't see any relevant style in the Skin Editor that would apply to my new buttons?If you want to provide a command for the custom button (e.g., so that clicking the button opens a website), you can select the Styles tab in the Skin Editor, select one of the styles listed above, expand the Event property group, and enter a command in the Click field. For example...

If you open this button style, then open Event, you'll see the Click property.
