Is there a way to auto close one toggler when another opens?

I'm creating HTML5 content and I want to create a cool sidebar that opens and closes snippets that I've added on the topic.

I can get the toggler to open a snippet, but if a user opens another toggler, I want the previous toggler to auto close and the new one to open. Is there a way to do this?....and if I can't do that, is the way at least to make the new snippet appear above the old one, no matter what order they are in inside the topic?
