Document Not Displaying

Hi

I am attempting to integrate your product into out Documentation site. However I am running into some problems.
I would like to find some information on the internal workings of the Flare viewer. (i.e what happens when you open a document).

What we are seeing is that the flare viewer UI is displaying, but the document itself is not displaying in the window (NoDog.jpg attached).

We take the output that is generated by the MatHat software (File Structure.jpg attached) and upload that to our website, when we click the default.html file. this will load the MadHat Viewer, but the document fails to load.

What I need to know is what happens in the background, what loads the document into the viewer. Is their anyway to Debug the viewer, or any logging that might help me figure out why the document isn't being loaded.

Hi there,

Starting with the basics, check that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Flare uses JavaScript heavily, and your image looks a lot like what happens if a browser has JavaScript disabled.

Does this always happen, or only when you've published your output to a web server - if you build a target in Flare and view it on your local machine, does the problem still exist or does the output display correctly?

If this always happens, what browser and version are you using (or have you tried multiple browsers and this happens with all of them)?

This only appears to happen when deployed to a WebServer, in this case it is WebSphere.

JavaScript in the browser is confirmed to be enabled and If opened locally it opens correctly.
It is the same on the following browsers, Chrome, IE, FireFox.
