"Available Target" option in Flare 11's 'top nav' format

"Available Target" option in Flare 11's 'top nav' format
What is the difference between the "Audience A" and "Audience B" targets in the new advanced top-nav format? The descriptions are exactly the same.

I think I figured it out. There is no difference. It just sets whatever audience you choose as the default variable in the target.
