For all of you who are good at using Flare and know when and how to use it, please explain to me this. Why do people use flare? and what is Flare's simplest definition? I would just like some clarification as to what the heck it is and why people use it.

MadCap Flare is a Windows application used by technical authors to create content and then publish that content in a variety of formats including printed manuals and online help systems on a variety of platforms (desktop browsers, tablets, and smartphones).
