Phone support down?

I have tried for three days to get through to the support team for an issue. Call early in the am so I can get in the queue, but I end up hanging up after 20 minutes or so. This is not typical, anyone else having this problem?

Having been at MadWorld, let me say that phone support might have been affected because more than half the tech support group worked in shifts, in-person, at the conference. The conference is now finished so hopefully you'll see the return to the usual level. This'll be good feedback for MadCap to make sure that the phone-in support doesn't suffer during its annual -- and increasingly popular -- conference.
