Missing Snippets in Word 2010

Before I start diagnosing things, has anyone had problems where snippets are failing to appear when a Flare 10.2.2 project is targeted to Word, specifically Word 2010?

I am using Conditions, and I had set one of actual snippets to not appear in print, as opposed to setting the condition of the snippet within the Topics. (I can only blame myself for 8 solid hours of using Flare and too much tea!)

While solving one problem, I now have another. Perhaps I'm being too ambitious here.

The snippet has an H2 Heading, with line above and below. The first paragraph then has a thumbnail picture with text to the right. Two short paragraphs follow. All's well when compiled into a .chm.

What is happening in Word is that the picture is being moved into the H2 heading, and not kept with the first paragraph. I've tried "Grouping" the snippet, but same result.

Any thoughts?

Word doesn't support DIV, which is what you get when you group, so that won't help your Word output. To troubleshoot, I'd turn off the float and make sure that the output formats properly (image after the heading). When that is working correctly, apply the float.

EDIT - tea is good, probably not the issue here.
