HHC3000 Warning when publishing HtmlWebhelp

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to publish a brand new project (very simple - 1 topic). When I publish as an HtmlWebhelp (I need a .chm file) I get warnings:

HHC3000: Invalid syntax: A <PARAM> tag appears outside of an <OBJECT> tag.

All I have is a single topic with about 3 sentences of text (I'm just testing it right now) - I'm not sure where to look to fix this. And when I look at my generated output I see the attached image that opens - about the web page can't be displayed.

Any help is appreciated!
