Is these a size limitation on relationship tables?

I'm trying to use a relationship table in a project to produce a "related links" section in some topics (not to be confused with the Related Links function).

However, when I include the relationship table in my frameless skin target for publishing, the table does not appear. More over, the miniTOC proxy in the topics also breaks/doesn't display.

A postmortem inspection of output html only show proxy placeholder for the miniTOC instead of the actual content that should have taken its place during the build, and the relationship proxy just isn't there at all.

I've run tests with just a couple of rows in a relationship table and it worked just fine, but when I tried to use our full table (51 rows), things go very wrong. I'm especially concerned at how it affects other elements in the build.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Anyone have a solution?

Sounds like it may be a bug in the frameless output. I'd submit it as a bug to MadCap. They may want to see your project so they can duplicate the behavior on their side.

I have no idea what I did. Wound up starting over and rebuilding both the relationship table and masterpage and somehow everything now works... which makes me nervous because I don't know what I did wrong the first time.
