Is there a way to quickly count the number of topics or images in a folder?

You can find out quickly right in Windows. In Flare's Content Explorer, right-click the folder and select Open Folder in Windows. Then, depending on how you've got Windows configured, you're likely to see the number of items listed at the bottom of the Explorer window.
