Quick question on formatting a topic title...

Hi. Should a topic title recieve an h1 format (possibly with a subclass), or should some other user-created p.TopicTitle format be used? (Or something else, even?)

Using h1 would seem to make hierarchical sense, but I'm not sure if this is a recommended approach.

If your organisational style chart doesn't have a specific rule I'd be inclined to use H1/ H2/ H3, rather than creating a class. It will make maintenance easier...
