Hi,
I've been trying to use Flare's image style of graying out certain part of the screen, so that users focus on the part of the screen we are talking about. Is this done using Madcap Capture? I am currently using SnagIt. Please let me know if there's an easy way to do it.

This was most likely done with MadCap Capture's Shade Effect mode. You'd select that mode (either from the Object ribbon or from a drop-down on the Capture Editor toolbar) and then draw a box around the part that you *don't* want shaded. You can also control how dark the shading is and what its color is (although exactly how to set the color is a little esoteric).
