Heading 1, 2, 3 TOC/body

Hi guys,

I have my nice TOC with books (h1), and items (h2 and h3); once I link items to topics, I see all topics are by default set as h1 + Page Break.
Can I place h2 or h3 topics within h1 topic in the same page, w/o having Page Break?

Just image:
a Word document (User Guide) with Page Break for h1 topics only AND h1, h2 and h3 items shown in the Index.

I'm not quite certain what you're saying, but you just apply the heading style you want to the first line in the topic, i.e. Heading 2 or 3. In the stylesheet (Content Explorer > Resources > Stylesheets), make sure Heading 2 and 3 don't have a page break set (in the PrintSupport property). When you build your print output, there should only be automatic page breaks on your Heading 1 topics.
