Word document is not importing properly

I have a Word 2007 document that was exported from our CMS. I am trying to import it into Flare 9 to publish from different test outputs. However, I probably messed up the mapping on import, because none of my tables, graphics, or body text came through. Only my headings came through. I did a search here, but did not find anything. Oddly enough, my graphics all came into the project under Resources, but where they reside in topics? Seems to be non-existent.

I have no experience with Word imports as my previous dealings with Flare were either DITA related or FrameMaker documents.

Any help is appreciated. I can upload a subsection of the document if anyone has time to look at it. Thanks.
