Video not playing automatically

Hello,

I have inserted a '.mp4' file in my topic. Actually, this is within a slide in the topic. The problems I am facing are -

1) The thumbnail of the video does not show centred in the slide. This is despite the Float position being Çentre of column.

2) The video does not play automatically when the topic opens. Again, the Autoplay check box under Playback is checked which means it should happen. Also, though Show Controls is checked they don't show. I have to place the cursor on the thumbnail in the output file and right-click. Then I can select Play and it plays.

Is there some setting that I have missed? Would be great if someone in the forum comes forward to help.

1. Have you tried not using any float, and just using the default slideshow styles? By default, Flare centres all content in the slide. If I create a blank project, then insert a video (using Insert Multimedia > HTML5 Movie), the video is centred.

2. This might depend on your browser, since it uses your browser's playback control. I'd check the output in different browsers.
