My online help project contains PDF documents as well as HTML pages. When my client opens the PDF document inside the help system, the document opens. However, when he tries to navigate to another page, he can't select anything. The only solution is to close and reopen the browser.
I would expect to be able to access the topics under Content after viewing a PDF document.
Can anyone please help?

What version of Flare are you using? I remember that this was an issue when the HTML5 help was first introduced. In those days, we used to work around the problem by adding target="_blank" to the link so that the PDF opened in a new tab.
