Flare v11 HTML5 Tocpath suppression

To remove the tocpath from topic files, it looks like the code to remove from MadCapAll.js for Flare v11 is:

So it's the same as the v10 code, but everything's just been incremented by a few letters.

Please try for yourself to confirm, seems to be working for me.

Remember to backup your existing MadCapAll.js somewhere first.

The file is at C:\Program Files (x86)\MadCap Software\MadCap Flare V11\Flare.app\Resources\WebHelp2\Desktop\Scripts.
