Flare Not Injecting CSS-generated Content in Word Output

Post by jane-tron »

I have several instances in my project where I inject content using CSS (content: "the content"). This works perfectly well in HTML5 and PDF output, but Flare isn't rendering anything in the Word output. This includes FontAwesome icons as well as plain old text. Has anyone run into this problem and know of a fix or workaround that doesn't involve my manually replacing CSS classes with content?

I'm not surprised. Can you use PDF instead of Word? I don't know of any Word workarounds that don't include post-processing of the Word doc.
