Importing HTML files with xrefs to each other

Is there a way to import html files that have xrefs between them and Flare will maintain them?

Yes. (Bear with me, as I don't have access to Flare at the moment.) If you use Flare's Import feature to import specific html files AND you instruct Flare to auto-import any linked files, the linked files will import as well, with the links intact. Upon importing, Flare will store the imported files (topics, snippets, images, whatever) in the same folder structure as in the originating project. This structure may not be what you want in the destination project, but you can then move the files around where you want them to be, and Flare will prompt you to update links, which you should do in order to keep the links working.
