Hi,
Up until now I have been able to provide my printed documents in PDF format, but I now need to make these available in Word output too.
My PDF output works really well but when I output to Word (2013) the images I use FOR my bullets in my UL lists (defined in my stylesheet) are not displayed. I have the 'Embed images in output' option selected in my Word Target but that's not fixing it.
Does anybody know why this is happening and if there's anything I can do to get this working.
Thanks,
Susan.

Hi Susan,
Which medium is your Word target using?
Also, maybe there's something helpful here?
http://webhelp.madcapsoftware.com/flare ... ullets.htm
http://webhelp.madcapsoftware.com/flare ... ormats.htm
This note is in the second link:
"Note: Custom list characters are supported only in PDF output. If you add characters or symbols to the Content field, the default list markers (e.g., bullets, numbers) are instead displayed in non-PDF outputs. However, custom bullet images are supported in all output formats."

Thanks for your help Alex,
I contacted MadCap Support who have submitted a bug report.
When I receive notification that the fix is included in a future patch or release, I'll post it here.
Thanks again,
Susan.
