Subversion and MP4s

Hi,
We use Subversion for source control and we're having issues when using mp4s in our projects. Sporadically, I am getting the attached error when I try to build a project in Flare. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? Is subversion not able to handle mp4s?

I don't think that has anything to do with Subversion.

Is the MP4 file open in some other application while you're trying to build output in Flare?

Not even in a virus scanner? It might take a bit longer to scan the file than a plain text file....just a guess.
