convert 107 small paragraphs to cells of a table column

I need to turn 107 tiny paragraphs (longest is 27 characters) into one column of a table, and another 107 tiny paragraphs into a second column of the same table.
If it matters, they were error codes and matching error names snatched from a header file. I grabbed them as columns, using Notepad++.

If I select 107 one-line paragraphs or ordinary text, there is no right-click or Ribbon option to "Convert to table".
If I create a blank table and select 107 rows in one column, and paste the 107 paragraphs... all 107 of them go into a single cell... and again into the next cell, and so on, 107 times.
I was sorta hoping they would distribute themselves one paragraph per one cell. As they would if I had selected other rows/cells of a table and was pasting in a new location in a table.
When I pasted, there were no paste options presented. I didn't get an opportunity to click a little arrowhead and select "Paste as inline", "Paste as table cell..." etc.

I really, really, really, really don't want to do 107 individual select, copy, paste operations for the first column, and then another 107 select-copy-paste for the second column.
Really.

I went to the online Flare documentation and searched "Convert text to table", and a couple of other likely search terms, and the little whirly-gig just whirled and whirled and no results ever came back.

I can probably just use Notepad++ to bracket each paragraph with <td> and </td>, but if there's a straightforward way to do the obvious within Flare, I'd like to know.

Guidance?

Thanks.

I use the following method to convert paragraphs into a table:
1. Select the desired paragraphs.
2. Click the table icon that appears above the Insert Table dropdown on the Table tab.
3. Make sure that the Number of columns option is set to 1.
4. Click OK. The selected paragraphs will now be segregated into individual cells within a single column in a table.
5. Repeat the above steps for the second column.
6. Copy and paste the two columns into the desired table.

Habits are great and efficient, to get a lot done without having to waste brainpower on the minutiae (intracranial macros/scripts, so to speak) ... until they bite you.

I've been habitually just clicking the little down-arrow-head on that table icon, for my usual purposes, just sorta lost the notion that it was good for something else.

So, since I got your reply, which instantly solved my problem, I've found three more places to use it.

Thankee, kind stranger.

I'm glad I could help. I wish that I could take credit for this solution, but I can't. I remember running into this very issue and finding the solution in these forums. So, I'm just paying it forward. :)
