Analyzer question
Is there a way to run Analyzer on a target and TOC, rather than an entire project?

I don't think so.
A workaround, using Flare 11, would to export a target (and its TOC will come along) to a new project, just for purposes of isolating that target's files. Then run Analyzer on that project. Fix any issues you find back in the full project, not in the exported one.
