I am running Flare 9 and I just used the new Ait converter utility and imported an XML project in from Ait. The import went fine and when I tried to save changes to the PDF target before publishing, I got this error:
Failed to run command 'Save'. Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
Has anyone ever seen this message and how do I resolve this?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Elizabeth

Re: Error, Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the ar
I don't know anything about this new converter, but I wonder if MadCap designed it to work with Flare 11 and later, but not for older versions of Flare. I went to MadCap's website to see if there's anything about which version of Flare is required, but there's no mention. In the LinkedIn discussion where the converter is being promoted, I asked the MadCap poster what version is required. I expect we'll hear soon. Meantime, I suggest you contact Tech Support. This is so new that there may not be anyone here yet who knows much about it. You might be on the cutting edge!

Oddly enough, after I closed the program and reopened it, it was fine. I was able to build my book and publish it.

My contact at MadCap just confirmed that the converter "will work with any version of Flare."
Glad your issue resolved itself for you.
