Can someone help me figure out what's going on here and how to get those fuzzy matches? I'm not getting anywhere with my translation project because of this.

I'm using Lingo 9.5 and I have a lot of experience using Lingo. This time, fuzzy matches are not displayed:
And yes, the I think the options (settings) are correct:
I tried selecting "Accept Exact and Context Matches..." and it didn't make any difference.
Can someone help me figure out what's going on here and how to get those fuzzy matches? I'm not getting anywhere with my translation project because of this.
