I recently updated to Flare v11. And now when I have a project and go to Publish (html), it says "there is no destination". But when I go into Destinations and select one and save it, it doesn't seem to recognize that.
So it never publishes because it doesn't have a destination. I used Flare v10 all the time and never had this happen.
Thanks for any ideas.

Re: Publish does not recognize destination
It actually looks like it published the html files. At least I see them in the "Output > Content" folders. But still not sure if it actually published correctly to the Destination I saved.

Re: Publish does not recognize destination
Have you set up a link from your target to the destinations? You need to do this in Flare 11.
In the target, look on the Publishing Tab, and select one of your destinations. You can pick more than one and Flare will publish to all selected in one go.
Technically speaking, what you see in the Output > ... folder is the "build" copy - the term "publish" is used to mean that you copy your build output to one or more of your "destinations".
In previous versions of Flare, if you had no destination selected, you'd get a prompt to pick one - I would like Madcap to bring this option back.

Re: Publish does not recognize destination
Thank you wclass. This is exactly what I needed. "In the target, look on the Publishing Tab, and select one of your destinations."
And yes, it was different in previous version and I think that's why I missed it.

Thanks again.
