Undefined Conditions Report - False Positives

I inherited a large Flare project that uses a lot of conditions in ways that aren't always ideal.
I decided to start removing unnecessary conditions and then use the Undefined Conditions report in Analyzer to locate and remove them from content.

However, I've now run into a problem with false positives.

I've split my condition tags into two separate sets:
Default - where they all were before
Customer - a new set of tags for customer exclusive content

I identified all the instances of the old customer conditions in Default and replaced them with the new Customer conditions.

However, the Undefined Conditions report is now flagging all instances of these Customer set tags as undefined.

Is there an issue with the report, that it can only read one Condition Set, Default?

Typical, I find my own answer after browsing the forum for similar problems.

Close Analyzer and Flare and delete the content in your projects Analyzer folder.
