yellow background on heading frame in page layout

Hi
I cannot seem to remove yellow background from heading frame in page layout.
I even cut and pasted a page layout from another project, and in this project the background of the header frame background turned yellow.
I tried creating a New Page Layout. The header frame has yellow background.

No idea why.
BTW, Footer and body frames are fine.

Right-click on the frame in your page layout, go to the Background tab and double-check the Color selection. If it's default, then click Solid, and specify White.

It's possible that your default is yellow somewhere...

Hi again.
Somehow the yellow background is back (maybe it never went, I stopped dealing with pdfs; I am sure it is something in Flare not in the project from what I can see.

My colleague and I open the same .flpgl file from the same project and the same place on the company network. On my computer the header background is yellow, in her computer it's white.
I checked in my computer:
In the object (frame) properties, the background color is defined as white;
in the Madcap|pageHeader properties, the background color is defined as white;
the page properties, background color is defined as white;
