Help with Style Tweaks

I have been trying to update my project using the Tripane skin to match a UI mockup so the help can fit into my company's web app.

This is what it will look like:

I am getting there but having a problem with the following items. As you can tell from this partial screen shot, the left side of the content tab moved left and I cannot find where to fix this... Also, where do I change the grey outline of the topic content box?
