Problem with hyperlink directs to a help page

Hi,

When I copy a hyperlink directs to a help page (HTML5 project) in an Outlook message and I click it, I get an 404 error message.

If the hyperlink is created by default (CTRL+K on the selected text), the 404 error message is displayed.

However, If I edit the hyperlink (using the Edit hyperlink command and copy the URL in the Address field), the hyperlink works.

Does anyone have an idea?
