Hello: We have an immediate need for a Flare consultant.

We have an existing set of projects that require the following:
- Add new topics to cover new software functionality
- Redesign skins etc. for top nav and responsive design
- Incorporate other changes to improve the mobile experience

Additional opportunities:
- Run the source project through Lingo to produce ~30 localized projects
- Restructure the projects to utilize a master project for common resources
- Integrate BitBucket
