XML and Text Editor synchronous scrolling

Is there a way to show XML Editor and Text Editor side-by-side AND as you scroll the XML editor the Text editor scrolls synchronously (or vice versa)?

Similar to the MS Word Compare functionality.

In Flare 11, open up a topic and in the bottom-right hand corner you'll see three little buttons. Click the V to display both editors at the same time. Click the other two for horizontal/vertical displays.

Note: They only scroll together when you select a piece of text. Using the scroll bar in one won't scroll the other.

Selecting a word in one pane "jumps" to the word in the other pane. But then if you use the scroll bar from one of the panes, the other pane does not scroll synchronously. As you scroll past the current window in one pane, the other page stays static, the display of the two panes is out of sync. It would be great if the two panes scrolled together so you always see the text and XML together.

Robotman described what you CAN do in Flare, so he has described the closest thing that is possible in Flare - in the view of most sensible people he has indeed answered the question. If you want to request different behaviour, put in a feature request. See my footer for a link.
