Popup windows not opening in a new window/styling issues.

Good morning,

I've turned a text segment into a Topic Popup (Hyperlink > Topic Popup) and set the the target frame to Popup Window. After building the project and clicking the link in a browser, the linked topic appears in frame and NOT in a pop up window. Any help?


The linked topic for the popup also has been assigned a particular stylesheet but it still appears with the main project style. I don't know how to change correct that issue.

Don't know if you've figured this out or not, but it seems that the Flare v12 update removed popups for topics and links other than text popups. You can manually get around this by just creating a link as normal (to a topic or to media) and adding the following style into the link in the text editor:

After the a href, use the following class:

<a href="../p_subfolder/ref_Topic.htm" class="MCTopicPopup MCTopicPopupHotSpot MCXref xref">Target text</a>
