How to add a page before the ToC?

On short notice I am asked to provide a PDF of a WebHelp project. For the most part it is fairly easy to produce something presentable, but I am stuck with one problem: I added a simple title page and dropped that into the top most spot of the ToC that I am using for the PDF output. Unfortunately, I end up with this
- ToC pages
- front page
- rest of the content

What do I need to do to get that one page to show before the ToC?

Hey, Ramon,

I found the way to get around this is:

1. In the PDF target, turn off Generate TOC Proxy.
2. Create a new topic that specifically includes the TOC proxy. (Mine is conditionalized to be Print Only, so it's not included in my HTML5 output.)
3. In the TOC, include the topic page that has the TOC proxy below your title page.

The "Generate TOC Proxy" is the bit that's forcing your TOC to the top of your document. We just fixed that problem here at my work, too.
