No Navigation Panel on Build

Hi Madcaps,

This is a silly problem... I have been generating HTML5 output happily till last week when I must have changed something to make the navigation panel hide and then when shown not use the styles I expect.

I get this as the opening view: http://screencast.com/t/fOpnEgvrX29.
If I use the icon to get the panel back I gate this: http://screencast.com/t/XyepXYphdc. This is a large panel, I can't change the width it and it doesn't use the style I want. I have checked the navigation styles, they look ok and the skin editor looks correct. I have rebuilt but to no avail.

What have I done? How can I correct this?

It looks like you have flipped the switch for responsive display in the skin.
You can clear this by checking the Skin > Setup tab and clearing "Enable responsive output".
You can change some of the fonts and colours in the responsive pane, but others have had problems with setting the size.
