I'll have a review of Flare 12 up in the next day or so. Start looking for your license key info from MadCap. (Mine hasn't come yet... Still refreshing my email every 30 seconds or so...)

Downloading Flare 12 right now...it is a 371 MB installer package but the download page states it is approximately 700MB. Is the page wrong or am I missing a lot of bits?

After autoplagiarism, the download package size is corrected and instructions were added to the download site for 32 bit users.
